It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of William S. Frank III, of Pt. St. Lucie, Fl, aged 82, on March 24, 2025. William, known to his family and friends as Bill, was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a beloved member of his community.
Bill was the loving husband of Sharon Mazure Frank for 52 years. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, and shared memories. He was a proud father to his children, Ronald Frank, Kathy Quick, Cherie McLaughlin, Deanna Beter, and Nancy Mazzarella. His legacy will continue through his grandchildren, Jon Lee McLaughlin, Alaina Hurt, Angeli Mazzarella, Raymi Dupuy, Heather Frank, Joseph Quick and Emily Beter who brought him endless joy.
Bill also leaves behind his cherished brother, James Frank, his wife Sue’z Frank, his dear uncle, Richard Frank, his wife Linda, and many great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and loving friends who were important parts of his life.
A successful entrepreneur, Bill had a distinguished career in real estate. Bill served with distinction as President of the Jupiter/Tequesta, Fl. Board of Realtors. He was also the owner broker of a Century 21 office from the mid-1980s until 2001. His unwavering expertise, dedication, and integrity earned him the respect and admiration of both colleagues and clients throughout his successful career. His work ethic and commitment to his craft shaped his professional life, but it was his deep connection with family that defined his character.
Bill had a great passion for antique cars, always appreciating the craftsmanship and history behind them. He cherished moments of peace and tranquility on his farm in Unadilla, NY, where he found comfort and solace in the simplicity of nature. Bill was also a devoted parishioner and Deacon at First Congregational United Church of Christ, Sydney, NY.
Bill will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, devotion, and a profound sense of what truly matters in life.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
Rest in peace, Bill. You will be forever missed.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Uncle Bill’s passing. To me, he’ll always be my Uncle Bill—someone I hold nothing but the fondest memories of, especially from my childhood. He was my favorite uncle because he treated me with respect, never talked down to me, and genuinely cared about my thoughts and opinions. I always admired his relentless entrepreneurial spirit and business expertise. Whether it was a new venture or tackling every corner of the real estate world, he was unstoppable. I still remember the pride I felt seeing his name on real estate signs everywhere. Most of all, he was an incredible brother to my father—always there with support, love, guidance, or just a helping hand on Dad’s latest project. For that, I’ll be forever grateful. My thoughts are with my cousins and the entire family, wishing you all strength and peace during this difficult time.
