William (Dennis) Regan

February 22, 1949 ~ September 13, 2023

William (Dennis) Regan of Vero Beach, 74, passed away peacefully on September 13th, 2023.

He is survived by his son, Michael (Mazie) Regan, daughters Kelly (Stephen) Flood and Amanda (Travis) Parker, sister Alana Greenman of Lexington, KY, and brothers Victor and James Regan of Vero Beach. He is survived by his 6 grandchildren Matthew, Ryleigh, Brantley, Colin, Cooper, and Rhett. He is predeceased by his mother Eileen and father Jack.

He was born in Coral Gables, Florida to parents Jack and Eileen Regan and moved to Vero Beach in 1984. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps and served from 1968-1974 during the Vietnam War.

He attended two schools in Freeport, Grand Bahamas (Mary Star of the Sea & Freeport High School). He attended and graduated from Florida Air Academy in Melbourne, FL. During his time in Melbourne, he learned to surf and grew to love spear fishing, scuba diving, and lobstering. He spent time in North Carolina where he learned how to farm and excelled at fencing. Anyone who knew Dennis knew how much he loved to write and do his crossword puzzles.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for a small donation to the Sebastian Veterans of Foreign War.

God bless you Vic and God bless your brothers and sister. May the peace that Jesus had when he was asleep in the boat, while on the lake with His apostles and the storm was raging all around them, be with you and family.
Bless you and if there is anything we can do for any of you, please let us know.
We love y’all. ❤️

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
