Sierra Dawn Baker, age 21, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2021, at her home. Sierra was born on June 3, 1999, in Gainesville, Georgia, to Michael Darrin and Priscilla Dawn Baker. She was a resident of Vero Beach, Florida for 14 years. She was a member of the Girl Scouts and youth group at her church, Lakeside Fellowship Church. She loved playing soccer, playing for about 7 years and competed in Nationals and Disney’s Wide World of Sports. She was a homeschool graduate of 2016, member of Indian River Homeschool Association, graduating one year ahead of her class. She was a dedicated delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza. She was a lover of all animals and wanted to become a veterinarian. She loved fashion, being pampered by going to the hair/nail salon, going to the beach, and taking walks by the river. Sierra had a heart of gold and a beautiful smile with a great big dimple. She was always willing to help others, putting others before herself. She loved her family dearly putting them first and valued holidays and cherished any time spent with family.
Sierra is survived by her mother, Priscilla Dawn Baker of Vero Beach; father, Michael Darrin Baker of Vero Beach; brother Michael Thomas Baker of Vero Beach; sisters, Jerri Carol-Anne Baker of Vero Beach, Jamie Leigh Baker of Vero Beach, Ashley Michelle Arrubla of California, Amanda Kay Baker of Colorado and Amber Nicole Wetzel of Vero Beach; grandfather, Claude Baker, Jr. of Vero Beach, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
