Nancy Rose Holliday

September 16, 1936 ~ February 05, 2025

Nancy Rose Holliday (Aller), 88, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2025, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida.
Nancy was born September 16, 1936, in Carey, Ohio, to Burnell and LuNella (Fenton) Aller. While working in the microfilm department at the University of Michigan, she met her husband, Jim, through his brother, Bob, who introduced the two. They married six months later, on September 6, 1957. Together, they had two children: William L. Holliday and Lisa (Holliday) Marziale. Sadly, their son passed away from cancer on February 22, 1999.
Nancy was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 53 years, actively attending the South Vero Beach Congregation. Her love for Jehovah God, his Son, Christ Jesus, and the Bible’s message of a better world to come motivated her to put preaching and teaching the Good News of God’s Kingdom first in her life. She lovingly shared that message with everyone she could.
Because of Jim’s career, the couple moved many times, living in Michigan, Ohio, California, Wisconsin, Louisiana, and finally settling in Florida. With each move, they made it a priority to find the local Kingdom Hall. In doing so, they cultivated cherished friendships that lasted their lifetime and in the new world to come.
Nancy will be dearly missed by many—most of all by her family, including her daughter Lisa (John) Marziale; grandchildren Christina Marziale, Samuel Marziale, and William Holliday; and great-grandchildren Joseph Marziale and Sean Hammer. She is also survived by nieces, cousins, members of Jim’s family, and countless friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of nearly 63 years, William J. Holliday; her son William L. Holliday; and her sister LuNella (Aller) (Mull) Ertl.

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
