Lorraine N. Arsenault

March 29, 1925 ~ January 24, 2020

Lorraine N. Arsenault, 94, of Barefoot Bay, FL and previously of Lewiston, ME, passed away on January 24th, 2020 at her home with all her family by her side.
She was the widow of Alfred “Fred” A. Arsenault. They shared 55 years of marriage together. Lorraine was born March 29, 1925 to the late Rosa M. Tripp and Rosario Laliberte.
She loved to play Bingo, poker and go to the casino. While living with her granddaughter in Florida, she loved to go for golf cart rides, feed the squirrels and turtles and enjoyed going to the pool to listen to music. She simply enjoyed the outdoors. Lorraine had a great and full last 2 ½ years with her family in Florida.
She will be remembered for her loving personality and deep silly laugh, her love for ice cream and anything chocolate.
She is survived by her son, Paul R. Arsenault and his wife Pam; daughter, Constance Davis; grandchildren, Jim Davis and his wife Nicola, Jennifer Arsenault, Aaron Arsenault and wife Jen, Jessica Clark and her husband Jeff (or as Grammy calls him “Tootsie”), and Melissa Arsenault; great-grandchildren, Timmy, Alex, Jeffrey and his wife Meghan, Alyssa, Marissa, Nicky, Ashley, Ian, Adrea, Sidney, Connor, Chase, Amber and Drew; great-great grandchildren, Molly, Calvin, Emerson, Chloe, Hailey, Aiden, CJ, Jamerson and Leo. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred “Fred” Arsenault and son-in-law, Barry Davis and many, many more family members.

Our deepest sympathies Paul, Pam, Jessica, Mellissa from Syl & I. Your Mom was a lot like mine and she always welcomed me in your home since I was 15 years old when our friendship began in 1969 through music. Fact is I spent more time in your home than my parent’s! Rest assured that Lorraine is now united with Freddy once again like it was. Your Dad was a hero to me as well. God rest their souls.

We didn’t have the opportunity to meet Lorraine until after she had dementia. However, she always had a smile and a sweet hello!! Our love and prayers go out to you all!

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
