Kenneth William Weber, also known as “Boo” or “The Fish Man”, 56, died September 27, 2021 of COVID-19, at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, after a very brief illness.
Kenny was born in Camden, New Jersey on October 9, 1964 and moved to Florida at age 6 with his mother, Bonnie Cozens and his sister, Bonnie Lynn Ott (nee Weber).
Kenny was predeceased by his grandfather, William E. Cozens; grandmother, Josephine C. Cozens & brother-in-law, Terry L. Ott.
Kenny is survived by daughter, Kendra Lynn Williams (nee Weber) & her husband, Jonathan of Belle Glade, FL; his mother of Sebastian, FL; his sister of Wellington, FL; nephew, Dr Cody Ott & his wife, Ann of Ft. Lauderdale FL & Pompano Beach, FL; a great nephew, Lincoln Ott, as well as several loving aunts & uncles & cousins.
Kenny was a licensed commercial fisherman who was well respected in the local fishing industry as one who not only fished for a living but also had a lifelong compassion for Florida’s natural resources. He was a kind & generous fisherman who regularly shared his bounty with friends & family. Kenny was also an excellent carpenter & handyman who was often called upon to build, repair & fix everything from kitchens & bathrooms to roofs & decks.
At one time, Kenny also shared his love of “Trapping Gators” & stories with his late brother-in-law, Terry Ott.
Kenny was a gregarious, talkative man who was extremely kind and generous to all. He was often referred to as a “Gentle Giant” by family & friends as Kenny never met a stranger that didn’t soon become a lifelong friend.
We are sure that Kenny will already be telling his “Fish Stories” to anyone in Heaven & Paradise who will listen. Kenny & his happy, smiling face will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Boo, may you be blessed by God and received in the arms of the Greatest Fisherman of all! Your loving family.

Beautifully written, for an amazing individual, whom we were blessed to call our friend! We know him, as Boo, the gentle giant. He certainly befriended everyone he met and his smile was contagious. All our prayers, love & strength go to all his friends & family, during this extremely difficult time. My mom, Peggy, had a found relationship with him & his mom was her best friend. We all share very fond memories with him & his family! Grateful for the time, we all had together, always
