Pat and Family,
My deepest sympathy for your loss.
Hodge was a good friend an avid slot car racer and I had the honor to be on his race car team at East Windsor Speedway in NJ.
As a young boy, I visited his Nassau Hobbies store in Princeton, NJ frequently and even up to when he closed that store to move to FL.
I will miss him as a racer and hobby shop owner, he had taught me allot in my hobby skills.
I will always cherish our teams Street Stock Feature Race win at East Windsor Speedway, it was a our only win that season!
RIP Hoge and God Speed!

It’s been a little while since you “went home.” Thankfully Pat reached out to me to let me know. For those that read this, Hoge gave me my first job in 1974 in Princeton at the Nassau Hobby. He was always a very very close friend. I have missed you since you left NJ. Hugs to your family, as they surely miss you, and good luck with your Heaven Hobbies!!!!!!

I’m so sorry to hear about this. My heart aches. Hoge when I lived in Port St Lucie helped me so much with my layout. I worked for a gas company at the time and used to take my lunch break there. He showed me a lot of things. Such knowledge about the hobby. Such a good sense of humor. I live in Alabama now and I do miss those days when I walked in there and he would say there he is… like if I was his most important customer. Oh Hogester ( I would call him like that and he would laugh) I’m going to miss u Brother. Thanks for everything family. Praying for ur strength.
