Guy J. Bacci, III

May 02, 1949 ~ December 08, 2024

Guy J. Bacci III passed away on December 8, 2024, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 2, 1949, to Guy J. Bacci II and Angeline Bacci.  Guy had been a resident of Vero Beach for 6 years living previously in Chicago, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana. He loved living near family in Vero Beach.

Guy practiced law in Illinois for over 20 years and more recently was a marketing executive for Ceeport Consulting, LLC.

Guy was a self-proclaimed foodie, with his favorite food being a deep-dish Chicago pizza. While he enjoyed traveling around the world, his favorite place to visit was Italy, which he described as “the closest thing to heaven on earth.” A multi-sport athlete in his youth, his passion for sports – especially teams from Chicago and his beloved alma mater Marquette University – could draw him to the TV any time of day, be it football, baseball, basketball, hockey, swimming or gymnastics. The Olympics would always bring out his appreciation for athletic perfection. His passion for movies was second to none, with his favorites including Christmas Vacation, Liar, Liar and anything with Marlon Brando or Al Pacino.

Guy is survived by Kimberly Comer, his partner for over 20 years. He is survived by his mother Angeline and father Guy II who passed away on December 9th the day after his son.

Guy is also survived by his sons Guy IV (Elizabeth) of Seattle, Washington; Joseph of Palm Desert, California and Nick of Chicago, Illinois; and his brother Geoffrey (Elodie). Guy is survived by one granddaughter, Avery; his uncle Robert (Joanie) of Woodstock, Illinois; and niece (Annie) and nephew (G.J.).

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
