Glenn R. Steinmo was born on September 25, 1964 in Staten Island, NY and later relocated to Sebastian, Florida in 1986. On January 12, 2025 Glenn lost his fight to cancer and entered into eternity. Glenn was an auto mechanic and last worked for the St Lucie County school board as a bus mechanic. Glenn had a passion for music, good food, and air conditioning. He enjoyed spending time in fellowship (indoors) with his friends and traveling around town to listen to the different bands playing on the weekends. His favorite local hang out spot was the ValHalla Vape lounge. Glenn was well known for his humor, often playing practical jokes on family and friends and always making everyone laugh. Glenn will be missed by everyone he knew as he truly was one of a kind.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents Ruth and Ragnar Steinmo and his sister Barbara. He leaves behind his sister Sharon (Frank), and his niece and nephew Tim (Danielle) and Kristina.

Glenn was a one of a kind gift from God to brighten and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know him. There will be many, many in heaven who will be accounted to him for reward. He shared the good news of Jesus to everyone, meeting the lost where they were in life and loving them all the way to accepting Jesus.

Glenn was a man who left a mark on my life many years ago. He was one of my first friends when I moved to Florida back in 92. He was so funny and full of life. We lost control some years as life moves on. We did recona few years, ago and he was the same funny guy I met so many years ago.. I have no doubt in my heart he is in our father’s kingdom in eternal peace. We will never forget our big guy and his big heart. Miss you buddy.

Glenn was such a wonderful and gentle person. He took a lot of joy in making others laugh, and even doing little things to get a giggle out of someone; like sending me a box of Captain Crunch just because mentioned once that I loved them as a kid. I loved him for that. I’m happy to know that he’s with Jesus now, since he trusted in Him for his salvation. Glenn will be greatly missed.
