Debbye Hearon, of Vero Beach, Florida, walked through the pearly gates on Monday, February 7th, 2022, at 7:00 PM. She was born in Macon, GA on November 7th, 1950, to Bud and Ethel Upshaw. She served her country as a Civil Servant, retired from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK and has spent the last 12 years living in Vero Beach. While in Vero Beach, she worked at the Indian River Mall in Human Resources. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Ivan Dickson; grandchildren, Erica Lassiter and Zach Lassiter; great grandchildren, Brenden and Willow and their mother, Halle Lassiter; sisters, Susan and Linda and brother, Mike. Debbye lived life to the fullest and is dancing in Heaven now. A memorial service will be held for Deborah in Byron, GA at a later date.

Amy, this can be one of the toughest things you’ll ever deal with. Please be good to yourself, Debbye would want you to be okay. I’m so sorry for your loss. We will all miss her.
