David Alan Beachem died unexpectedly April 25, 2022 in Vero Beach, FL. Born Oct 3, 1959 in Milbank, SD, “Woody” was an avid Minnesota sports fan and athlete, excelling in wrestling at the high school and collegiate level. He travelled the country as a professional caddie for the PGA and LPGA tours for a number of years and settled in Vero Beach in 1988. Woody was a long time employee of John’s Island Golf Club , and active member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles and Moose Lodge. David will be missed by his countless numbers of friends ; family , Charlene, Cory, Bobby, and Joshua Beachem of Vero Beach, ; siblings Gary, Roger, Debbie and Brenda and a large extended family from South Dakota , Minnesota and Colorado. A memorial service is planned for a later date. Friends who would like to leave a fond memory of Woody or condolences for his family may do so at www.millenniumcremationservice.com. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Millennium Cremation Service of Vero Beach.

I’ve known Woody for over 15 years. I don’t know anyone that has ever said a negative word about him. He was our Jukebox King. He will be missed and not forgotten. He’s Gods now.

My deepest prayers and thoughts are with his family, and his friends. To know Woody was to love him. I was blessed to meet him, in the 1st 2 months I moved to Vero.
