My father was an inspiration in my life. He role modeled leadership, discipline and empathy as a great father.
He taught me how to be a man, a father, and a true professional through his everyday interaction with friends, family members and colleagues.
Most importantly my father loved God and his country.
I will miss him greatly but rejoice in the day that I see him again.

Charlie,
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you did not go alone,
a part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
The Lord be with you and may you
rest in peace.

My name is Charell Williams. Charlie was my manager when I worked at Xerox. I was part of the EPCOT Team he managed. He showed me so much, and he played a huge part in my life. I also was in touch with him when he was forced to go to IKON and even visited him at his new office at the time. I have been looking for Charlie for years, and just tonight, it dawned on me to look him up as Charles and not Charlie. I never knew anyone to call him that. I would say he was like a father figure to me, because growing up without a father, I collected father figures. This was in 1998. Three O’Clock Charlie.
