Catherine “Bubbie” Bertelli

August 21, 1935 ~ June 24, 2021

Catherine “Bubbie” Bertelli, 85, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully, in the company of her family, June 24, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.
She was born August 21, 1935 in New York City, and settled in New Jersey prior to her being a resident of Fort Pierce, FL for the past 11 years.
Mrs. Bertelli worked as a finance supervisor in the banking industry before taking an early retirement to raise her family.
Bubbie stayed connected with her family and friends on Facebook. She was an avid cook who loved the beach and supporting the New York Yankees. She was a member of the Italian American Club at the Spanish Lakes Fairways.
She leaves her memories to be cherished by her husband of 65 years, Robert Bertelli; sons, Robert Bertelli, Jr. of Fort Pierce and Frank Bertelli of Piscataway, NJ; grandchildren, Robert, Frankie-Lynn, Paige, Joseph, Haleigh, and Ashley Bertelli; great-granddaughter, Harper Burns; and sister-in-law, Jean Martino. She was predeceased by her bothers, Vincent Martino, Frank “Junior” Martino and Jo Jo Martino.
A memorial service will be held at Spanish Lakes Fairways. A celebration of life will be held in August in New Jersey.

To Uncle Rob and family,
I was devastated to hear about aunt Cathy passing away. She was an amazing woman and a big part of our family and we loved her so much. She will truly be missed but I’m glad to know that she is in heaven surrounded by so many loved ones and wonderful people. My heart goes out to you Uncle Rob and we are sending many prayers and love to you and your family during this time ❤️
