Pamela Gaye Stuckey, 75, of Sebastian, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 24, in Melbourne, Florida, after an extended illness. She was born on March 9, 1946 in Cisco, Texas, to Thomas & Ruby Wilson. Pam lived her own life and partied like a rock star starting in Las Vegas in the ’60s, then on to California & Colorado in the ’70s, finally crash-landing in Sebastian, Florida in 1980, where she made many lifetime friends in this small, but growing town of 1,200 friendly people and 6 ole grouches.
Pam was a resident of Sebastian for 40 years before finally taking her place as one of the aforementioned “ole grouches”. While in Sebastian, Pam worked countless hours serving drinks and breakfast. She was fortunate to end her career working many years for her excellent friend Theresa Fink. Pam was a decades-long member of the Italian American Club, for better or for worse.
Pam was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Stuckey, her beloved dog, Gidget, and her best friend and sister-in-law, Bobbi Wilson. Pam leaves behind Ricky’s daughters, Somer DeBickes and Danielle Stuckey of Palm Bay, her son, Jeff Carver of North Carolina, her grandson Garett, and her brother, Thomas Wilson of Colorado. Pam had many dear friends throughout the years, but most notably and dearly loved were Bob & Tammy Liddy.
