Thomas John Botelho, 86, of Port St. Lucie passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart.
Born May 1, 1934 in Fall River, Massachusetts he was the son of John Vieira and Silvana Camara (Vineiros) Botelho. Thomas sent most of his life in Danbury, Connecticut and moved to Port St. Lucie five years ago coming from Oklahoma.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Thomas was a barber by trade and had worked for others as well as owned his own shop during his career. He was an active member of Midway Road Church of Christ, Fort Pierce. During his lifetime he was active in sports. He enjoyed spending as much time as possible with his children.
Survivors include his children, Alicia Borregard and husband, Chris of Port St. Lucie, Diana Warner and husband Michael and Thomas Botelho and wife Lori sll of Torrington, CT; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera Botelho and his 11 siblings.
No services are scheduled at this time. Burial will be in Connecticut at a later date.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Thomas. He was loved so dearly at Harrah Country Barber Shop. His memory will continue to fill my shop with his stories. Rest in peace my friend. Carla
