All I keep thinking is …. Only the good die young and God needed another angel! Bobby was such a GOOD guy… he was sweet, kind, caring and funny as all get out! I knew him for more than 50 years and I never saw him angry! He loved and adored Carol with that sparkle in his eye and he was so loving, doting and proud of Kristen and Ryan and later, Addie. I always tell the story about him intercepting my key lime pies at parties that I got used to making a couple, one for the party and one for Bobby!!! 🙂

Ironically, I think he timed his departure so that he and Jimmy Buffet left earth together on Jesus’ private charter. So fittingly, he got a halo and wings and a new pair of flip flops, but he is also enjoying some of his favorite things: singing along to JB tunes, eating cheeseburgers in paradise️, nibbling on a spongecake, wearing his favorite hush puppies, stepping on some pop tops and enjoying fishing, diving and fresh seafood in his glorious Kingdom. We were really hoping to see our sweet, fun friend/classmate at the November reunion but….Come Monday, it will be alright…. Jolly Mon, make the heavens ring! I know there was a key lime pie waiting for him in heaven! I am going to miss him so much, so many of us are, he was a GOOD FRIEND TO EVERYONE and a beloved VBHS 78 classmate. RIP my friend, until we meet again. Many thoughts and prayers for Carol, Kristen, Ryan and Addie.

The world has lost a great soul. Heaven has gained one of the best. Sending love and prayers to his wife and family.

Oh my! I just learned of Bobby’s passing as I’ve been abroad for 6 weeks! I always remember Bobby’s smile and his kind, jovial manner. I saw him earlier this year at a mutual friend’s celebration of life. Although it had been a while since I’d seen ‘Mr. Davis”, we spent a few minutes reminiscing about fun times from the past, i.e., the cruise when he ate like 6 orders of escargot! My thoughts and prayers are with Carol, Kristen and all who knew and loved him!

  • The service from Millennium was outstanding. Rachel was sweet, personable and very comforting. It was important to me that my dad was kept locally where I knew where he would be. Very nice facility, state of the art and quality of my fathers remains were so refined compared to my mothers years ago. I highly recommend this place for an affordable choice for your loved one. Thank you for making an already stressful event easy. With high regards, the Esposito and Keith Family.

  • Millennium Cremation provided a fantastic service to our family at a difficult time. Our beloved mother passed away in Vero Beach and the rest of the family was in other parts of the country. Due to the Covid health crisis, none of us could get to Vero Beach in person. That's where Millennium took over. They helped us manage everything, coordinated with a cemetery in Maine, managed the obituaries, expedited all the paperwork, and even delivered an important document locally that saved us days. Funeral director Rachel was a godsend, and she made it clear what she was going to do, and what we needed to do. If you know what you want, Millennium is highly recommended, and the savings versus the full service mortuaries is significant.
